Began career in 1975 in St. Louis, Missouri and Denver, Colorado as in-house counsel for ITT Financial Corporation, the financial services division of ITT Corporation.  After leaving ITT in 1986, became an associate, partner, and “of counsel” at several St. Louis law firms.  Relocated from St. Louis to Southampton, New York in 2010 and to Manhattan, New York in 2017.  Have provided broad range of real estate, corporate, and commercial law services for clients engaged in real estate development, health care,  information technology, transportation, and the hospitality industry.
