Mr. Massand is an experienced intellectual property attorney, commercial litigator and registered patent attorney. He concentrates his practice on patent litigation and patent prosecution. Additionally, he advises clients on other aspects of intellectual property, including due diligence, licensing, copyrights, and trademarks. Mr. Massand has been named by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2009 and 2012-2019. Mr. Massand has assisted numerous clients in drafting patent applications and preparing infringement, validity and freedom to operate opinions.
